Entry to the apartment is possible via SELF CHECK-IN: you will receive all instructions via message 24 hours before arrival. There is no need to wait for anyone.
Check-In is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

At the time of booking, a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total as a deposit is required. Transfer details will be provided in the booking confirmation email. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer at least 3 days before arrival. For Airbnb bookings, payment is handled through the platform.

Cancellations can be made by emailing prenotazioni@colosseumboutiquehome.it, specifying your first name, last name, and the period of your stay.
100% refund of deposits paid for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival. 50% refund of the deposit paid for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival.
The deposit cannot be refunded for cancellations made after this period.
Airbnb cancellations follow the platform policies indicated at the time of booking. Proceed via: Airbnb Account > Trips > select the booking > ‘Change or Cancel’.
From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport: Leonardo Express to Roma Termini (~30 min, 14 euros) > Metro Line B to the Colosseo stop (~10 min) > 3-minute walk. From Ciampino (CIA): Terravision Bus to Termini (~40 min) > Metro Line B Colosseo. By taxi: ~30-45 min from Fiumicino. Address: Via Marco Aurelio 20, Rome. The apartment does not have private parking. There is a paid daytime parking garage at Via Marco Aurelio 35/C, just a few steps from the apartment. However, the historic center of Rome is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone): we strongly recommend arriving by metro or taxi. The ‘Colosseo’ Metro Line B stop is a 3-minute walk away.
In Piazza Celimontana and the surrounding streets (Celio/Colosseum area), there are paid blue-line parking spaces managed by ATAC/Roma Mobilità. The general hourly rate is €1.00/hour or €1.20/hour within the ZTL, usually in effect from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or until 11:00 PM in some areas).
It is possible to find white-line (free) parking in the surrounding streets, although rare, and there are private paid parking lots in the Via Ostilia area. We recommend using apps like EasyPark or MyCicero to pay for parking conveniently from your smartphone. Electric and hybrid cars are usually exempt from payment.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with 3 in the bedrooms. The sofa bed can accommodate a fourth person. It is not permitted to exceed the number of guests declared in the booking.
Absolutely. With 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and Colle Oppio Park just 5 minutes away (perfect for children), Colosseum Boutique Home is the ideal base for a family in Rome.
A travel crib, bed rail, and high chair are already available in the apartment. We kindly ask you to inform us of these requirements during the booking process.
A bottle warmer and sterilizer are provided in the kitchen.
No. The apartment is strictly non-smoking in all indoor areas. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. In case of violation, extra cleaning fees will apply.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
No. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. The apartment is designed for an intimate experience that is respectful of the neighbors.
Yes, the apartment is equipped with a safe to store documents, valuables, and devices.
